James Culhane

I graduated from Marquette University in 1986 with a degree in Broadcast Communications. After a couple of years in broadcast, my good friend Chris and I decided to start Tri-Marq Communications, Inc.

Since I was living in Illinois, I opened our Chicago office (which, after a couple moves, is now located in Naperville). Having two locations is a major benefit to our company.

We’ve done some great work since starting Tri-Marq – we worked for NBC on the Olympic Games in Seoul, NCAA Final Four broadcasts, Fortune 500 meetings, and much more. Chris and I were honored with an Emmy Award for our work on HighTopTower, a children’s television series about the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse.

I feel fortunate to be able to do what I love every day. With all the work we have done in the last 25 years, I would consider Chris and myself to be experts in the fields of media production and business theater.
