Lanyon Live featured informative, inspirational speeches from some of the meeting planning industry’s leading minds and most compelling personalities. The latest trends in the meetings, events, travel and hotel industries were discussed, while picking up best practices that inspired everyone. The event was held at the Fairmont Dallas, Dallas TX.

Tri-Marq Communications, Inc. was honored to be part of this inspirational event as a sponsor and produced the general sessions. The main screen was 45′ x 15′ with two screens flanking the stage that were 20′ x 15′ and used to display content. We also used LED panels approximately 10′ x 4′ which added opportunity for more branding.

Culhane also spoke with Sara Moseley of Right On Pointe during a breakout session. The presentation, titled “Putting the Wow in Your Event” touched on how today’s best planners are creating events that engage the audience through ultrawide screens, projection mapping, 3D animation video and more.
